Is the shipping discreet?

Do you ship internationally?

How long does it take to get my box?
Boxes ship within 3–5 business days of your billing date. U.S. orders usually arrive within 5–7 days after shipping.

You choose a plan — Monthly, Quarterly, or VIP. We curate your box and ship it to you every cycle until you cancel.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — you can cancel or pause anytime from your account dashboard. No hidden fees.
When will I be billed?
Your card will be charged on the same date each cycle as your first order.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my box?
Due to the nature of lingerie and adult items, we can’t accept returns for opened products. If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
What if something doesn’t fit?
We do our best to send flexible sizing, but if lingerie doesn’t fit, email us and we’ll work to replace it in your next box.
